Compliance with commercial energy regulation and standards

BSSEC are accredited energy assessors and can assist in compliance with all UK and international energy legislation and standards.

We offer guidance and can implement energy management systems required for the internationally recognised industry standards such as ISO 50001 and ISO 14001:2015. We provide air conditioning inspections to CIBSE TM44, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).

We are also heavily involved with the 2 main current pieces of UK energy legislation, the Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme (ESOS) and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
